Message from the President

Welcome and thank you for visiting our website. Assistance League San Fernando Valley is comprised of all-volunteer members providing services to meet the needs of our community through our philanthropic programs. We are one of 120 chapters across the nation, donating our time to transform lives of children and adults through our programs. As you search our site you will find information on the history of Assistance League.

We also offer a Thrift Shop which contributes to our fundraising efforts which enables the purchase of essentials for distribution in the community. You can find out more by clicking on the Thrift Shop button.

The current COVID-19 circumstances have affected our efforts but we are working on ways to fulfill our mission. We mourn with the many who have lost loved ones due to COVID-19. Our chapter continually follows the CDC guidelines as well as the LA County and LA City guidelines. As a community service organization, we know that even in the darkest moments, we can bring light for something better, inspire structural change, and advance social justice.

If you are interested in giving back to the community, perhaps you would consider joining Assistance League San Fernando Valley as a member. We welcome individuals of all races, creeds and ethnicities. You may send an email to ALSFVMembership@gmail.com to find out more information about joining our chapter.
